Estimates & Scheduling
All estimates and appointments are scheduled based on availability. Appointment times may change due to weather, material delays, traffic, emergencies, or project conditions.

Permits & Utility Marking
Certain projects may require permits, HOA approvals, surveys, or utility marking through 811 before installation can begin. Customers may be responsible for providing required property information.

Project Timelines
Project completion timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on weather conditions, inspections, permit approvals, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

Payments
Deposits may be required before material ordering or scheduling. Remaining balances are due according to the agreement provided to the customer.

Property Access
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the project area during scheduled work.

Safety
Customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, and personal belongings away from active work areas during installation or service.

Communication Consent
By contacting F&R Fence, you consent to receive calls, text messages, emails, and voicemail communications regarding appointments, scheduling, estimates, and services.

Limitation of Liability
F&R Fence is not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather, utility issues, permit delays, hidden underground obstacles, or circumstances outside of company control.

Changes to Services
F&R Fence reserves the right to modify services, scheduling policies, or business practices at any time.
